Validity:

When booking a tour with Vienna Art Guide, the general terms and conditions apply. Booked and paid places or tours are transferable and unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Group delay:

The appointment expires after 15 minutes, unless I was informed personally before the agreed time. Furthermore, the agreed end time applies, resulting overtime is to be paid. Expired tickets with a time slot are to be paid by the customer and a cancellation fee applies as agreed.

Pay:

takes place when booking via the automatic booking system and therefore via PayPal or a credit card.In exceptional cases, payment can be made immediately after the invoice has been issued by a bank transfer free of charge for the recipient. Only then is the reservation fixed. For short-term bookings, payment can also be made in CASH on site before the start of the tour, provided this has been confirmed in writing by Vienna Art Guide.

Please note:

Bookings are only valid with a written confirmation and invoice. This is done automatically after payment via the booking system. All prices are per person and include VAT.
If a wireless tour guide system is used for the tour, it must be returned undamaged after the tour. The group size is limited and in any case adapted to the guided tours.
Most of the tours take place on foot, whatever the weather.
Unless expressly stated, admissions or transport are not included.
Sound and film recordings during the tours are prohibited.
Program changes may be necessary at short notice. In any case, a tour carefully put together by ViennaArtguide will take place on the specified date.

Cancellation conditions:

Unfortunately, paid places or tours cannot be reimbursed, but are transferable.

If prevented:

the tour guide undertakes to arrange a technically equivalent, authorized replacement. The tour participants are to be informed about this if possible.

Liability:

Participation in guided tours is entirely at your own risk. In the course of their professional activity, tour guides are only liable for damage that they have caused unlawfully and culpably to others. The tour guide is in no way liable if a guest suffers damage through his own careless or clumsy behavior or if he is harmed by accident.
